The Estonian Street Dancers Union is pleased to share the news that the new membership campaign offers dancers and spectators free access to competitions and brings other great benefits.
From now on, all five competitions throughout the year are free for members. This means that the new membership fee (39 euros per year) includes entry to competitions (previously, participation cost 15 euros per event and spectating 10 euros). As a member, you save both money and time—just say your name at the event, and that’s it!
According to Joel Juht, President of the Estonian Street Dancers Union, the purpose of this update is to support all street dance enthusiasts and, during economically challenging times, to find better ways to foster the positive growth of street dance sport. With the rising cost of living, this change aims to keep the community united.
The new membership system is already in effect, and by joining in April, entry to the Estonian Championships on May 11 will be free! Those who have paid the previous membership fee (25 euros) can top up with an additional 14 euros.
Good news is that foreigners can now also become members!
